Private packages are created unique to you for an authentic experience, fulfilling the impact needed for a powerful transformation. Each journey begins with a wellbeing consultation creating a personalised road map for a fresh start. SALT isn’t just asanas on a mat or meditating with your legs crossed and eyes closed. It’s much bigger. SALT is a way of life, a body of techniques that allows us to connect with anything in a state of mindfulness.
Beyond the surface yoga
Each of us has a unique pattern of physical, mental and emotional energy that corresponds with natures elements. It is how we balance them in yoga that creates clarity and space for us, both, on and off our mat. Each set of movements is designed to evoke the healing power of one element. When practised regularly, yoga can literally transform your life - awakening your true nature; it can discourage disease, provide greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellness.
Through a mindful practise we can learn to move proactively rather than reactively. This means listening to our bodies and honouring its limitations, without judgement or comparison.
In your wellbeing consultation, you will learn how yin yoga, healing meditation and conscious breath work can improve your mental health and wellbeing. We focus on what you would most like to gain from your sessions, be it improve your energy, letting go of unwanted emotions, enhance focus and concentration or learn a new way of how to feel deeply relaxed. Each session is held in the quiet and relaxing safe space of your own front room.
At the end of each session we allow time for your body, breath and mind to fully process and integrate the experience and we then discuss practical ways you in which you can incorporate these daily rituals into your life.
When we think higher, we feel deeper and life has meaning.

Payment is taken upon booking and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of session or full payment will be retained.
